CSA F280 Room-By-Room Heating & Cooling Load Calculations are required by BC Building Code to demonstrate that mechanical systems are correctly sized. Required by most jurisdictions at the time of permit application.
Final Airtightness Testing & Step Code Reports
Final Step Code Reports are required to demonstrate Step Code compliance and apply for building occupancy. This includes a blower door test to confirm the final airtightness score.
Rebates
Fortis offers generous rebates for eligible new homes meeting Step 4 or 5 of BC Step Code. We walk you through the requirements, and apply for the rebates on your behalf once the build is complete.
