Pre-Permit Energy Model & Step Code Reports

A Pre-Construction Step Code report is required at the time of building permit application. We will provide you with all the documentation you need for permit, as well as a report outlining key energy metrics and what it would take to meet different levels of BC Energy Step Code.

Mid Construction Airtightness Testing

Mid construction blower door tests are intended to find and fix deficiencies in the air barrier, and confirm you are on track to meet your final airtightness target.

CSA F280 Room-By-Room Heating & Cooling Load Calculations

CSA F280 Room-By-Room Heating & Cooling Load Calculations are required by BC Building Code to demonstrate that mechanical systems are correctly sized. Required by most jurisdictions at the time of permit application.

Final Airtightness Testing & Step Code Reports

Final Step Code Reports are required to demonstrate Step Code compliance and apply for building occupancy. This includes a blower door test to confirm the final airtightness score.
